At Next Hour, we are committed to providing excellent service. If we are unable to deliver the promised service, you may request a refund under the following conditions:

  • You are eligible for a full refund if we cannot provide the service as agreed upon in the service contract.
  • A refund is applicable if we fail to meet the service specifications as outlined in the project agreement.

3. Refund Timeline

If eligible, refunds will be processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Services that have been fully completed and delivered as agreed.
  • Any additional costs incurred by you for third-party services outside the scope of Next Hour’s control.
